Juana Penson is a full‐time businesswoman and a full‐time problem solver. With over thirty years of professional experience supporting top level executives, office management and administration she surpasses the old adage of “attention to detail.”

She is known for her interpersonal skills, keen listening ability and expert level multi‐tasking and coordination. Her personal level of care is what separates her, she cares not only about the task at hand, but the person behind it.
 
Her passion to always serve others has connected her with like‐inded organizations which have the same mission. She is always looking to serve with passion in any role she has been given the opportunity to, she believes that we all play a role/responsibility in making this world better.
 
She currently serves as a member of the Rotary Club of Jersey City, Membership Coordinator for The Food and Shelter Coalition of Hudson County, member of the Food Security Task Force of Hudson County. She serves as board member for The Brito Foundation and Jersey City Theater Center. Also volunteers her time to individuals or organizations within her community that may need guidance
or support. Always looking to assist anyone where she can utilize her skillset and provide assistance, counseling or guidance.
 
Other organizations she has served: All Roads to Success, Deliverance Children Ministry, Triangle Park Community Center, Jersey City Kappa League, Lincoln HS Parent Teacher Organization, Middle School #41 & Public School #3 Parent Teacher’s Associations. Juana is always looking to improve the quality of life for everyone around her and bring a smile, comfort or lift the spirit to whomever she interacts with. 

On her spare time Juana spends time with her pet cat Brutus who she loves dearly, her family and friends. She believes in showing everyone love and compassion and meeting people where they are as she believes the paths are met for a reason.
